Websites & Venues

LOCAL VENUES: If you are in the Inland Empire / L.A. area and looking for a great place to hear poetry and talk with poets, I have listed just a few of the best venues. These readings are well-established and have been a consistent presence in the community. Featured readers are a combination of local published poets and world-renowned award winning poets and sometimes the local poets are also world-renowned.

NATIONAL VENUES: There are a vast array of well-established organizations and venues from the Poetry Foundation to SLAM Festivals... Here are some of my personal favorites where I have found encouragement and been inspired either by participating or watching and listening.
